Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) |

In case of an accident, collision or overturn, the customer is liable for losses or damages caused to the HERTZ vehicle up to the amount of the deductible, CDW coverage waives this liability and implies the prior acceptance of an additional fee. Whenever there is an accident, imputable to the customer’s responsibility, the damages up to the value of the Non Waivable Excess are charged to the customer. |
